Truth is, I spent years stuck in my head — second-guessing myself, starting and stopping, chasing purpose but constantly hitting walls. I grew up in New Orleans, where survival came before self-worth. I started college with no focus. Stopped. Restarted. Took 10 years to finish. No direction. No plan. Just pressure. Eventually, I opened a restaurant with good faith and other people money— just heart and hustle. And while it looked like I was “making it,” I was still battling doubt, fear, and a broken inner dialogue behind the scenes. It wasn’t until I started studying mindset, faith, and personal growth that things shifted. Books like Think and Grow Rich cracked me open. But it was the inner work — the rewiring — that rebuilt me. I realized I wasn’t broken. I was just programmed wrong. So I became the kind of coach I wish I had — Real. Rooted. Transformational.
